Over the counter options include:

Injection or biologic therapy block TNF and Interleukins (IL) in the body, which are elevated in patients with psoriasis:

Enbrel and Humira are TNF inhibitors

Stelara is a IL (interleukin) 12/23 blocker

Cosentyx, Taltz, and Siliq are IL-17 blockers

Ilymya, Skyrizi and Tremfya are IL-23 blockers
